Event Overview
The Learning Organization Academy (LOA) is a novel professional development opportunity, created in response to demand from NERCOMP members.
Learning Organization Academy Fellows are library, IT and other higher education professionals who commit to increasing a culture of learning in their workplaces. LOA Fellows have a year-long support structure for participating teams as they conceive, design and implement practical, exploration-oriented projects that transform their workplaces into vibrant learning organizations.
We look forward to welcoming our second class in July of 2013.
Registrations are due on or before July 5, 2013, or until sold out – seating is limited.
LOA’s Deans are Gina Siesing, Dave Wedaman, and Colleen Wheeler.
