Day 1: Monday, July 8

• 8:00-8:30 – Check-in and refreshments
• 8:30-9am – Launch and introductions
• 9-11am – Keynote: Bill Snyder with Lenny Solomon. Bill is a leading consultant and writer in the field of organization theory, who believes that great learning communities need great performance goals. Lenny Solomon created and held the frame for a phenomenal set of affinity groups at Harvard.
• 11:00-11:30am – “Immunity to Change” introduction and warm-up
• 11:30-12:30 – Lunch
•12:30-2:00 – “Immunity to Change” reflective learning activity, Part I: Individual improvements and the commitments that hold us back
•2:00-3:00 – “Immunity to Change” reflective learning activity, Part 2
•3:00-4:00 – Wrap-up for Day 1- Fieldwork journal reflection and discussion
•4:15-6:15 – LOA Luau: Reception and dinner


Day 2: Tuesday, July 9

•8:00-8:30 – Informal gathering and refreshments
•8:30-9:00am – Recap of Day 1 and framing for Day 2
•9-10:30 – “Teaming to Innovate” keynote with Amy Edmondson. What were the outcomes when IDEO sought to change their business model? In this session, Amy will guide an interactive discussion of a case study on renowned product design consultancy IDEO; will introduce a model to enable teams to identify their own cultural artifacts, dearly held values, and shared assumptions in order to make significant change possible; and will facilitate discussion and an exercise for participants to play with the ideas of the IDEO case in the context of their own organizational change goals.

•1:30-3:00 – Creativity at Work
•3:00-3:15 Break
•3:15-4:00 – Wrap-up for Day 2 – Fieldwork journal reflection and discussion activity


Day 3: Wednesday, July 10 

•8:00-8:30 – Informal gathering and refreshments
•8:30-9am – Recap of Day 2 and Framing for Day 3
•9:00am-12:00pm - "Imagining learner-centric collaboration in the workplace" keynote with Jim Jer-Don
Dr. Jer-Don, a legendary Cambridge pedagogue, will guide participants through a series of exercises designed to help us rethink our workplaces as spaces that can foster intrinsic motivation, learner-centered instruction, and collaborative learning.

•1:30-2:30 – Teams prepare inquiry project reports
•2:30-3:30 – Project team report-out
•3:30-4:00 – Wrap-up and a look ahead
