Learn more about the NERCOMP Mentorship Program: Rationale, Unique Components, and Outcomes! An exciting new initiative designed to foster professional growth, meaningful connections, and regional collaboration, launched in the fall of 2023.

The Mentorship Program aligns with our mission, offering members a platform to engage in ongoing learning and professional growth and highlighting our commitment to providing quality professional development opportunities and fostering a vibrant community of IT professionals.

Join us for an informational webinar to learn more about the program and how you can become a Mentor, Small Group Facilitator, or Mentee!

Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Understand the rationale for the development of the NERCOMP Mentorship Program
- Describe the NERCOMP Mentorship Program, including its unique aspects
- Sign up for the NERCOMP Mentorship Program
