What does change management mean to you?  In this day and age change is a constant.  The higher education environment is in flux (some might say crisis), the pace of technology change is accelerating, consumerism is rampant, and the list goes on.  Join us in understanding what others are doing to attempt to manage change, how to set expectations in this type of environment and develop strategies to take back to your campus.
