Kristen Anderson

Kristen began her career as a high school science teacher, imparting knowledge in biology, chemistry, physics, and more advanced courses like Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Physics. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for a seamless transition into the field of instructional design. Her ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for young students translated effectively into creating engaging educational content for adult learners.

Holding a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in Technology, Kristen skillfully blends educational theories with the latest technological methods. This expertise enables her to design transformative learning experiences that resonate deeply with adult learners. Constantly adapting to the evolving educational landscape, she has established themselves as a forward-thinking instructional designer dedicated to enhancing the adult learning experience through innovation and empathy.

 

Joe Arthur

Joe Arthur is the Assistant Director of Instructional Design - Multimedia Services at Post University. Prior to Post, Joe was a video producer and content specialist at Air Age Media and an independent contractor who specialized in magazine photography, video production, podcasts and entertainment series, instructional DVD productions, and on-site event coverage in the US and Europe. Notably, Joe has worked with People Magazine, Jay Leno’s Garage, Mario Andretti, Chip Foose, Vaughn Gittin Jr., George Barris, Wayne Carini, Aurora Flight Sciences, and others.

 

Dave Jannetty

David Jannetty is the program chair for the Emergency Management & Homeland Security program at Post University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Post University, a master's degree in Criminal Justice Management from the University of New Haven, and a graduate certificate in Terrorism Studies from John Jay College. 

Before joining the faculty at Post University, David was the Assistant Deputy Chief of the Waterbury, Connecticut Police Department. He currently serves as a consultant, working with organizations on emergency planning and disaster resiliency. He also specializes in school and workplace safety training.
