Event Overview
During this four-session CLASS, participants will deepen their understanding of the natural variations in how people engage with the world around them—including differences in communication styles, sensory needs, environments, and work expectations. Through guided reflection, role-play, scenario-based activities, and structured evaluation, participants will gain a multi-perspective view of neurodiversity in professional settings.

Across the sessions, we will explore how to identify barriers that limit one’s own or others’ ability to thrive at work, and we will discuss practical strategies to mitigate or remove those barriers. Participants will consider actionable approaches at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Those who complete all program requirements will earn a digital credential.

Session Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
 - Develop a deeper and more nuanced understanding of neurodiversity and its impact in the workplace.
 - Recognize and navigate the responsibilities and opportunities involved in fostering a neuroinclusive environment.
 - Identify and explore actionable strategies that individuals, teams, and organisations can implement to support neurodiverse colleagues and workplace success.
