Pat Coogan
Pat is a project manager in the Information Technology & Consulting Project and Portfolio Management Office at Dartmouth College.  She is primarily involved with educational technology-related initiatives including LMS evaluation and implementation, accessibility,  e-portfolio, and video conferencing. She has completed ITIL Foundations Certification. Her current interests include integrating design thinking and agile methodologies into her work. Prior to Dartmouth, Pat acquired significant experience in higher education academic affairs administration including curriculum development and review, protection of human participants in research, and regional accreditation reporting. Pat has developed and taught undergraduate courses in management for online and face-to-face delivery.  She earned an MS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College. She is an avid rower and skier.


Susan Zaslaw
Susan is currently the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she has worked for over 20 years. Her PPMO responsibilities include administering the IT project portfolio, supporting project management methods and tools for the IT department, and providing project management services for strategic initiatives. Susan has been managing large IT projects for more than 10 years, and received her PMP certification in 2011. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.

Prior to Dartmouth, Susan worked 12 years for a regional savings bank based in San Diego, CA. In 1994, she moved to Hanover, NH where she enjoys the outdoors and gardening.
