Project Management for ERP Implementations - a Leadership Ecosystem Webinar

Mike Barth

Mike Barth is a Project Manager and Application Analyst at Davidson College with 20 years of cross-discipline IT experience. The last 8 of those years have been focused on managing IT projects. He is currently managing the implementation of Oracle HCM and ERP along with serving as Davidson’s primary Oracle Cloud Administrator. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering, an M.S. in Engineering Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In his free time you’ll find him exploring the outdoors in western North Carolina with his wife.

 

Nephellie Dobie

Nephellie Dobie is the Assistant Chief Information Officer for Library and Technology Services at Wellesley College. Nephellie has 28+ years of experience where she has developed expertise in strategic project management, software implementations, as well
as, system integrations and workflow processes. In her current role as Assistant CIO, she oversees the IT Project Management and Business Analysis staff that support the campus in their use of enterprise and business applications such as Workday,
Salesforce, Powerfaids, Slate, etc. In addition, she manages the teams providing services such as computing support, help desk and classroom technology. Nephellie also served as the lead project manager for the full Workday implementation, including
student.

Prior to Wellesley, Nephellie was the Director of Project Management and Business Analysis at Simmons College (now Simmons University), where she made the shift to IT management in higher education from the IT consulting industry. She worked at
Simmons for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Simmons College.

 

Karen Warren

Karen serves as Associate Vice President for Information Technology at Wesleyan University and has oversight for the user services, technical services, and academic technology teams where she is now in her 16th year.  She currently serves on the Workday Steering Committee and supports the considerable change management efforts of the project. Karen as been a member of the Leadership Eco-System planning committee for 6 years. 
 

Susan Zaslaw 

Susan Zaslaw is the Strategic IT Consulting Manager in the Office of Information Technology at Princeton University. In this role, she advises campus departments on the strategic and effective use of technology to achieve their business objectives. She leads departmental IT assessments and strategic IT planning efforts, oversees business case development and project management for strategic projects, facilitates technology-enabled process improvement initiatives, and delivers methodologies, tools and training onmanaging projects and improving processes. She also supervises a team of project managers who lead strategic IT projects.

Prior to Princeton, Susan was the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she worked for 24 years. She received her PMP certification in 2011 and a PBA certification in 2019. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.
