5-minute pair & sharings; participants will pair up and learn about different collaborations or collaboratory interests by answering the following questions:  What collaborations you have done at your institution (intra and inter-collegial collaborations) or explain which ones you want to do. What has worked, what hasn’t?

Four different institutions will present on an effective collaboration that they have each participated in to demonstration some of the opportunities and challenges.

An interactive session on what to think about, consider and plan for when looking to collaborate.

Small group work around devising a plan for each person’s campus to enhance collaborations or build new ones

Speaker: Lance Eaton, Instructional Designer and Faculty Development Specialist, Brandeis University

Participants will share out and solicit feedback as well as wrap up discussion about where to go from here.
