Doug Elliott
Douglas is the Team Lead of the Application Management team in IT Client Services at Carnegie Mellon University. His team provides IT resources to host, manage, maintain, and upgrade applications that are utilized by various departments across the university. Douglas is also one of the process owners of the IT Change Enablement.

Brendan Post
Brendan Post is the Assistant Vice President, IT Client Services at Carnegie Mellon University. He leads the execution of university-wide AI strategy for the Office of the CIO and also manages the central IT teams that provide customer support, enterprise identity management, and general productivity activities across CMU. Active for 20 years in higher education IT, he has served as a CIO, Shared Services Program Director, and IT Manager for both public and private universities. Brendan has engaged widely in the IT community both regionally and nationally through participation in numerous conference presentations, invited panels, and advisory councils. He holds his MSMIT from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Change Practitioner.
