Event Overview

We have all seen bad presentations and remember them for all of the wrong reasons. We have all seen good presentations, but perhaps not frequently enough. How do you move your presentation into the good column and get people talking about your ideas?

Are you new to the world of giving presentations? Have you been giving presentations for years but feel the need to improve, or do you have a presentation that needs some new life breathed into it? This workshop will help you to polish your presentations.

We will begin with understanding why we freak when we speak or the discomfort most of us feel about speaking to a large group or audience. We will then look at how you can engage an audience to make your presentation more memorable and easier to digest. Next we’ll look at the fundamentals of slide creation and end with a makeover of real slide decks, single slides, and common problems found in presentations.

Each of these sections will have hands on sessions with you leaving the day with ideas, guides and designs for your next presentation or speech.
