Carol Thomas

Carol Thomas is Vice President for Technology and Marketing Communications at New England College in Henniker, NH. Prior to joining New England College Carol served as a technology leadership, assessment, and management consultant; an ERP and CRM systems optimizer; and a change management advisor to several College presidents. She served as Vice President for Information Technology and CIO at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, OH, and Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA. She is a recognized expert in the use of technology to support the student experience, improve enrollment, and ensure access to learning resources. Carol is a published author and frequent presenter, as well as an experienced educator helping to prepare the next generation of technologists. Carol is a Prosci® certified change management consultant, a Barrett Values Centre cultural transformation tools consultant, and certified executive coach. She holds a Master of Arts from New School University in New York, NY and is currently pursuing her doctorate in higher education leadership at New England College.
