Pat Coogan
Pat is a project manager in the Information Technology and Consulting Service Management Office at Dartmouth College.  Her work includes managing broad initiatives including enterprise-wide video conferencing, LMS evaluation and implementation, accessibility projects, and student e-portfolio provisioning. She has completed ITIL Foundations Certification. Prior to Dartmouth, Pat acquired significant experience in higher education academic affairs administration including curriculum development and review, protection of human participants in research, and regional accreditation reporting. Pat has developed and taught undergraduate courses in management for online and face-to-face delivery.  She earned an MS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College. She is an avid rower and skier.


Susan Zaslaw
Susan is currently a Strategic IT Consultant in the Office of Information Technology at Princeton University. In this role, she provides consulting and mentoring on IT projects; oversees business case development and project management for strategic projects; leads departmental IT assessments and strategic IT planning efforts; facilitates technology-enabled process improvement initiatives; and delivers methodologies, tools and training on managing projects and improving processes.

Prior to Princeton, Susan was the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she worked for over 20 years. She has been managing large IT projects for more than 10 years and received her PMP certification in 2011. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.
