Event Overview
Don't ever leave another project's success to chance! Managing projects of any scale can involve a lengthy list of steps and tasks, but three steps are essential to its success.

This workshop highlights three essential project management activities that can’t be overlooked - defining, planning, and laying the groundwork for change. We'll look at the benefits these activities provide for the project, address how by not addressing them, you might compromise the project's success, and provide an opportunity for participants to choose a project and apply these activities. We’ll look at how the project will benefit from these activities and how project success may be compromised by not addressing them. We’ll conclude with an overview of different project management tools that you can use to keep your project on track.

This fast-paced, hands-on webinar is designed for newcomers to project management.

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
 - Understand key project activities that contribute to successful project outcomes
 - Identify potential project risks associated with failure to address these factors
 - Apply key project management concepts to your own project
