Pat Coogan

Pat Coogan is the Change Management Lead for the Faculty Information System at Princeton University. Under Princeton’s Office of the Dean of Faculty, her primary responsibilities include change readiness planning for this new system including managing stakeholder communications and training and transition support planning. She has held project management roles at Dartmouth College, College of the Holy Cross, and the University System of NH.   Her work included LMS evaluation and implementation, managing the introduction of enterprise-wide video conferencing, developing IT department project management processes and documentation, and academic program review initiatives.  She was adjunct faculty in management for the University System of NH. She earned a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MS from Syracuse University, and an MBA from Boston College. She has completed ITIL Foundations Certification.


Susan Zaslaw

Susan Zaslaw is currently a Strategic IT Consulting Manager in the Office of Information Technology at Princeton University. In this role, she advises campus departments on the strategic and effective use of technology to achieve their business objectives. She leads departmental IT assessments and strategic IT planning efforts, oversees business case development and project management for strategic projects, facilitates technology-enabled process improvement initiatives, and delivers methodologies, tools, and training on managing projects and improving processes. She also supervises a team of project managers who lead strategic IT projects.

Prior to Princeton, Susan was the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she worked for 24 years. She received her PMP certification in 2011 and a PBA certification in 2019. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.
