Event Overview
After a year of pandemic life, remote work, and accelerated digital transformations our campuses seem poised to return to some semblance of normalcy this Fall. What will this mean, and how will we, as managers, address the many challenges that lie ahead? How will we capitalize on the progress made during the past year? Will we be able to blend the “old” and “new” ways of working successfully, all while meeting our support and service delivery commitments campus-wide?
The panel, composed of IT leaders from across the NERCOMP community, will discuss these topics and others, as well as take questions from attendees.
We will create a dialogue about tools and techniques that have proven successful in managing remote teams in higher education, as well as current plans for transitioning to hybrid or in-person teams. Attendees will leave with advice and tools they can use to improve their own transitions regardless of the planned structure of their team this Fall.
