Victoria Marronaro joined SHI in 2022 as a Microsoft Inside Account Manager, quickly distinguishing herself through her dedication and results-driven approach. Her success in this role led her to transition to a Microsoft Customer Success Specialist position in 2024, where she revitalized a challenging territory—ensuring a smooth transition, retaining existing customers, and supporting new clients as they moved to SHI. Victoria’s commitment to excellence resulted in consistently satisfied customers and strengthened relationships.

Most recently, Victoria has taken on the role of Microsoft Account Manager at SHI, where she leverages her expertise and experience to support MAEs and deliver exceptional customer service. Her deep understanding of Microsoft solutions and her unwavering focus on client satisfaction continue to make her a valuable asset to the SHI team.

Matt Williams

Matt Williams is a Public Sector Senior Microsoft Account Executive with deep expertise supporting higher education institutions across the Northeast. He brings over six years of experience in the Microsoft and education space, enabling him to connect strategic priorities with practical, real-world technical considerations.

Matt partners with institutions on Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption, security, compliance, and governance, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Copilot. Known for clarity, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset, he serves as a trusted advisor to IT leaders navigating modernization, risk management, and digital transformation.

Outside of work, Matt values time with family and friends, enjoys cooking, and stays active through regular workouts and time outdoors with his Fiancé, Tori, and dog, Maggie. He also enjoys traveling, following sports, and skiing or snowboarding when he has the opportunity.
