Michael Heath

A digital transformation specialist with over 15 years of experience. His background in Education, Behavioral Neuroscience, Game Theory, and IT has afforded him a unique perspective and ability to provide creative transformative solutions for the modern workplace. From napkin ideation to law, Michael utilizes human-centered techniques to solve problems in a creative and innovative way. His design thinking methodologies have resulted in millions of hours saved by strategizing big wins around the usage and adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform. 

Born and raised in Indiana Hoosier, in his spare time, Michael loves experiencing new places, cultures, and foods with his family. He also enjoys lacing up a pair of hiking boots and exploring the great outdoors.
 

Cathy Mack

Cathy has supported Microsoft Education for the past 14 years. Cathy started at Microsoft where she worked as a Consortia Account Manager for four years prior to joining SHI. Since joining SHI Cathy worked as a Microsoft Licensing Executive for 9 years prior to moving to a Sales Management role in 2022. Cathy is passionate about ensuring institutions have access to all the Microsoft tools needed to prepare students for future careers. Cathy lives on a working farm in Pleasureville, KY with her family and raises Berkshire pigs, cattle, and chickens. Cathy loves to cook and hosts family dinners for 27 people every Friday night which is usually followed by a bonfire and barn dance.
 

Jason Mitchell

Jason acts as a Direct Liaison between Microsoft and SHI field sales to help enable and evangelize Surface growth across the Public Sector. Jason has been in the role for 1 year with a tenure at SHI of around 5 years and is one of 4 BDM’s on SHI’s internal MS Surface team.
 

Dominick Raimato

Self-identified as a data nerd, Dominick Raimato has had a huge passion for identifying insights and building solutions. You never know what kind of data projects he might be working on such as tracking temperature and humidity trends in his house to building a database of property assessments to make sure his house is in line with other properties to avoid overpaying taxes. Passionate about people, Dominick strives to create solutions that not just help achieve business objectives but also make people’s lives better. If he can help someone get home earlier to eat dinner with their family or eliminate time consuming tasks so they can focus on more important things, he is in his element.

Dominick currently lives in Bergen County, NJ where he can be found around the house working on projects or cooking in the kitchen. His specialty dishes include his homemade meat sauce in the winter and pulled pork bar-b-que on his smoker during the summer. He also ventures into New York City frequently to see his wife perform as a flutist with small ensembles, orchestras, and theaters.
 

Matt Williams

Matt Williams has been in a sales role with SHI for his first 2.5 years. Matt was Responsible for understanding the verticals of K-12, Higher Education, and Local government agencies in the New England Territory, and their business objectives through in-depth market research, and managing customer, and partner relationships. As part of the department shifts at Microsoft over the last year, Matt has recently joined the Public Sector Microsoft Account Executive role in 2022 to Coordinate with resources to ensure customer onboarding of Microsoft agreements, advise on specific programs, and Fulfill Support contracts and statements of work. Matt will be assisting in the education vertical under the NERCOMP and RISTE agreements to Manage renewals, Microsoft Requests, services, and Cloud Migration.

A dual citizen from the U.K, you can find Matt outside of SHI in the local Westfield NJ hiking areas with his dog. Matt is eager in experiencing different cultures and the food that comes with it! If not doing one of these two things, spending time with Family and Friends is what fills in Matts's remaining free time.
