Cathy Mack

Cathy joined SHI as a Microsoft Licensing Executive on the Education Team in 2013.  Cathy works with a dedicated team of SHI Account Executives providing support to their clients by disseminating the complexities of Microsoft licensing while helping Sales capitalize on growth opportunities within their existing accounts. Cathy was able to help win new accounts based on her ability to build a trusted relationship with clients through demonstrating her knowledge and Microsoft expertise.  In January of 2022, Cathy was promoted to District Sales Manager for Microsoft Education East.  As part of SHI’s new Microsoft practice, Cathy will manage the Microsoft Account Executives supporting East Education clients providing objective, authoritative expertise to elevate your IT investment – in Microsoft tools.

Nate Lessmann

Nate Lessmann has been in a licensing role with SHI for the last 7 years and in the industry for the last 13 years.  He provides support to our customers/sellers by helping them to navigate the complexities of Microsoft licensing.  Nate is able to help our customers evaluate the best ways to purchase Microsoft licenses and understand their entitlements.  Thanks to his Microsoft knowledge and expertise, he is able to build trusted relationships with clients.  Nate specializes in our education vertical, working exclusively on the various Academic Agreements (Academic Select Plus, Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), Open Value Subscription for Education Solutions (OVS-ES). Nate has specific expertise around the various academic licensing needs, analyzing available licensing options, and defining strategies to solve the complexities of Microsoft Volume Licensing.

Matt Williams

Matt Williams

Matt Williams has been in a sales role with SHI for the last 2.5 years. Matt was Responsible for understanding the verticals of K-12, Higher Education, and Local government agencies in the New England Territory, and their business objectives through in-depth market research, managing customer, and partner relationships. Matt worked through long sales cycles in the public sector by providing full solutions in data center consolidation, Network upgrades, security posture initiatives, VOIP, and software agreements or migrations. As part of the department shifts at Microsoft, Matt has recently joined the Public Sector Microsoft Account Executive role to Coordinate with resources to ensure customer onboarding of Microsoft agreements, advise on specific programs, and Fulfill Support contracts and statements of work. Matt will be assisting in the education vertical to Manage renewals, Microsoft Requests, services, and Cloud Migration.
