Event Overview
NERCOMP is pleased to offer a ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) for Higher Education, for the third year in a row. This day will feature varied topics regarding ServiceNow from process oriented to technical. Northeastern and Tufts will discuss improvements they made in handling AV and leveraging the ServiceNow platform. We will have an update from ServiceNow and two technical presentations: Coding a chatbot integration with ServiceNow and how-to setup Data Warehousing for ServiceNow Data.
Whether you are a current customer or considering ServiceNow in your environment, please join us for an informative day and an opportunity to network.
Session Outcomes:
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with each other, develop ideas for solutions, and find answers to nagging questions. ServiceNow relies on an active community of users who are available to each other, exchange ideas and solutions and often even share the code for custom application
Registration Cancellation Policy:
By clicking on the "Register Now" button, you are indicating a commitment to attend and will be held responsible for the registration fee. Your fee can be refunded if you notify us of a cancellation at least 8 days prior to the event via email to nercomp@nercomp.org.
