We will explore SaaS’s potential to provide flexible software and proven practices which can empower users. This potential lies in a SaaS vendor’s ability to not only provide a secure data center, but proven software and analysts with deep knowledge both of the system and proven practices/techniques. We will consider the changes needed in both technical and functional skills to be successful.
