Event Overview

Come learn as we discuss the success and failure of various Software as a Service (SaaS) projects. We will explore SaaS’s potential to provide flexible software and proven practices which can empower users. This potential lies in a SaaS vendor’s ability to not only provide a secure data center, but proven software and analysts with deep knowledge both of the system and proven practices/techniques. We will consider the changes needed in both technical and functional skills to be successful.

Hear from institutions that have implemented or are implementing: Slate Admission, Salesforce, Maxient Student Conduct Software, Google email, PeopleAdmin hiring, OrgSync Student Activity, Qualtrics Survey Tool, Name-Coach, Workday and Explorance Blue Teaching Evaluations.

Session outcomes:
• The aspects of Software as a Service that can empower your users.
• The change in both the technical and functional skills needed to be successful.
• How to integrate SaaS with your existing ERP.
