Event Overview

The Service Desk is the hub of any IT organization, and as such both the customers and the IT staff are highly dependent on the Service Desk and it’s performance. The perception of the quality of service of the IT organization is symbiotic with the performance of the Service Desk. Improving the Service Desk should be done on a regular basis to keep with the expectations of the customers and the performance required by the IT organization. We will discuss the activities an organization can undertake to improve your Service Desk to the next level of maturity. This interactive workshop will walk you through a maturity assessment of your Service Desk, road mapping your improvement and strategies on improving your knowledge sharing. Join us for this workshop and learn the skills to take your Service Desk to the next level!
