Heather Dobbin

Heather Dobbin is the Information Technology Business Technology Analyst at Siena College. Heather is responsible for analyzing and assessing institutional, department, and user needs to design and develop workflows to improve and streamline processes.
She has extensive experience working in a variety of technology roles in Higher Education. Heather graduated from Siena College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Lori Halligan
Lori Halligan is an account executive with Softdocs. She works with institutions throughout the Northeast to help them realize the full value of a centralized, secure document storage and process automation solution. Having spent over 20 years in software sales, Lori has the knowledge and experience to support higher education from spending the last 13 years focused on EdTech. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.

Vince Silvestri
Vince Silvestri is the Director of Sales Engineering with Softdocs and has been with the company for nearly 7 years. He leads and manages the sales engineering team, providing guidance and support as a technical consultant. With 16 years of experience in higher education technology, Vince has built relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to provide additional value for their solutions, driving efficiency and collaboration across campuses.
