Event Overview
Working with vendors requires a unique set of skills that are a useful analog to technical expertise. We will bring in several successful negotiators to share their experiences and help us build the toolset to get the best deals for our institutions. They will discuss approaching vendors, reading (and understanding) contracts and effective bargaining strategies for getting what you want.
