Speaker: Jane Cabot
Jane Cabot is a member of the legal bar in several northeast states as well as numerous State and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Originally a sole practitioner representing a wide range of business and domestic clients, she is now in-house counsel for a bank specializing in corporate banking law. Attorney Cabot negotiates contracts with major companies and offers a great deal of experience regarding contracts, negotiations, and the software industry.
Speaker: Kent Patashnick
Kent Patashnick practiced intellectual property law, focusing on patents and copyrights. He holds a Bachelor of Art in BioChemistry. His practice included not only prosecuting patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, but negotiating license agreements for computer software. As a former litigator, Mr. Patashnick was always negotiating deals. A great portion of his practice involved meeting with opposing parties to bring them together to resolve their differences. He currently works with computer software as an engineer and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge.

Chris Powers leads the Professional and Outsourcing Services practices at ClearEdge Partners. He provides advisory, consulting and talent development services to ClearEdge clients in this complex and fast-growing category of IT spending. Chris brings over 20 years of leadership in selling and delivering IT Services to global clients. He previously served as VP/GM at Atos, Siemens IT Solutions and Services, and ENTEX Information Services and received his MBA and undergraduate degrees at Babson College.
