AJ Herrmann- Microsoft Trainer

AJ joined Microsoft in 2012 where he started his journey by helping open stores, and train associates, students, teachers, and businesses alike. Growing the knowledge base of Microsoft customers and helping them get the most out of the products and services they use every day has been the driving passion behind his tenure.

Kate Sullivan, Microsoft Trainer

Kate has been with Microsoft for almost 8 years in various roles. She started in the Microsoft retail stores as a sales associate, becoming a computer technician, and finally landed in her current role as a trainer. She has been on the Boston training team for about 3 years and has found her passion in teaching.
