Jamie Cohen-Gronberg
Jamie has been working with Microsoft for 6 years. She has worked as a technician with Microsoft Retail Stores for 5 years, working with customers ranging from consumer to small and enterprise-level businesses, as well as education institutions on sales, deployment, and training.

Jethro de Campos
Jethro has been working with O365/M365 and Azure for 8 years dealing with Enterprise, SMB, and Consumer. 4 years of which is by leading the training team of one of the MS Partners for the Concierge Support Group. Concierge is the white-glove support approach (non-tiered support structure) providing assistance to M365 SMB and Consumer clients.
