Event Overview
Do your students sometimes struggle to use the digital software that is integral for their learning experiences? Join us for this webinar, where we will look at three case studies in which a technology-readiness approach was implemented to ensure students were ready for any advanced technical issues they might encounter. Using this approach resulted in students who were better prepared to complete their course activities and faculty who could focus on teaching instead of on troubleshooting their students' technical issues.

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
 - Understand that preparation & training of digital tools is beneficial even for an audience of “digital natives.”
 - See that a “technology-readiness” approach can successfully minimize the time spent by both faculty and students on resolving technical issues.
 - Develop a good understanding of the steps involved in designing a successful “technology-readiness” assignment or activity.
