Event Overview
The Verb Collective is an open set of VR/AR tools available as a Unity 3D software asset package and designed to help nonprogrammers (arts and humanities students) to quickly transform ideas into 3D experiences. Yale faculty member, and Verb Collective creator, Justin Berry will describe how the Verb Collective is used in the classroom and lead participants through the templates and techniques to start creating their own immersive experiences. This webinar is intended for instructional technologists, faculty support specialists, faculty members, and anyone else who wants to get started creating virtual and augmented reality projects.

Session Outcomes:
Webinar attendees will:
- Understand how to incorporate immersive project assignments into humanities and arts courses
- Know how to access and install the Verb Collective asset package into Unity
- Gain knowledge of experiences using the Verb Collective toolkit in Mr. Berry’s Fall 2020 course.
