Event Overview
Have you introduced or updated a service only to find it missed the mark with your users? Do you want your decisions to reflect the needs of your constituents better? Even the smallest amount of user research can transform how you provide services and can be done at no cost. This two-session workshop will discuss various user research strategies and create a research plan and user testing script. You’ll leave the session with the tools and ability to conduct user research for your services.

Session Outcomes:

Participants will:
 - Understand the impact user research can have on your services
 - Learn about several types of user research and how to use them
 - Feel empowered to conduct user research with little to no extra resources
 - Summarize user testing findings for leadership
