Brittany recently supported 23 AASCU institutions in equity-focused leadership development. She also served as Director of Research and Evaluation at Year Up United, researching workforce development outcomes and career readiness to strengthen pathways to economic mobility.

Motivated by a deep commitment to social justice, Brittany specializes in change management and leadership theory, ensuring systemic barriers are dismantled and replaced with structures that create equitable opportunities for minoritized populations.

Brittany holds a bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics, an MBA, and an MS in Computer Science from Kentucky State University, and a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
