Event Overview
Workday gives institutions full visibility into people data, both inside and outside the core system of record for HR, and provides analytics and tools to ensure DEI and other workforce-related goals are being reached.  This session will show how Workday brings all of this together to create a virtuous cycle of opportunity, engagement, and innovation - through a systemic approach, with accountable analytics and a unique approach to AI and ML.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
- Articulate Workday’s unique approach to AI and ML
- Explain how Workday helps institutions to understand their entire workforce, mobilize and retain talent with evidence-based action, and create meaningful experiences that empower and engage everyone.
