David Blezard has had a 30-year career in higher education IT.  He is currently the Senior Director of Enterprise IT Systems for the University System of New Hampshire, leading the implementation and operation of business systems, academic technology solutions, and enterprise infrastructure services across all the NH state institutions.  David has been active in NERCOMP for most of his career and currently serves on the NERCOMP board as Treasurer.

Chris Schneider is the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Services within Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S), where he leads the strategy, design, and operation of enterprise‑scale infrastructure platforms supporting the University System of New Hampshire. In this role, he oversees the core services of on‑prem and hybrid cloud infrastructure to provide resilient, secure service delivery. Chris works closely with cross‑functional technology teams within ET&S and campus stakeholders to modernize infrastructure capabilities, improve reliability and scalability, and align enterprise technology investments with institutional goals." 

Steve Athanas, University of Massachusetts, Lowell
Steve Athanas is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at UMass Lowell, where he leads campus-wide IT strategy and operations supporting teaching, research, and administrative services. With nearly 30 years in IT and a deep background in virtualization and datacenter operations, he has helped organizations deliver resilient platforms, including virtual desktops and remote application access at scale. Steve has delivered keynote presentations at conferences on multiple continents and previously served as President of the global VMware User Group community. He is known for translating complex technology topics into practical guidance for IT leaders.

With nearly 14 years of experience at Connection Inc., he has held diverse technical roles spanning data center solutions, virtualization, and business resiliency. Currently serving as Director Solution Architect, he leads a team dedicated to helping clients overcome IT challenges through innovative technology strategies.
