Jim Carroll
Jim Carroll has spent the last thirty years in the technology funding market. He is directly responsible for implementing over $300M in IT funding.  As a senior leader at TCF Capital, he is helping member institutions look differently at how they acquire technology.  He has helped countless institutions avoid the pitfalls of buying IT assets. Jim has published multiple articles on IT Funding and the issues facing higher education.  Jim is married with three children.  He and his wife recently celebrated the birth of their first grandchild.
