Event Overview
Why are the number of women in technology continuing to decline? The reasons are numerous and complex. Effective management and support of women by both women and men is critical to ensuring their success and continued interest in the field. NERCOMP provides support by exploring and providing workshops on topics of interest to women in technology and through affinity groups and mentoring. The WIT Leadership workshop this year invites participants to explore mindset in achievement anxieties (sometimes known as the Imposter Syndrome) as well as bystander awareness and the role YOU, as women can have in effecting change in workplace norms. You will learn from the wisdom and knowledge of our two great speakers, techniques to use to effect the change you really desire.
