Event Overview
Workday releases new features and functionality twice per year designed to increase the value of your investment as well as expand your organization’s use of Workday. But those features and updates are released during times of heavy support demand for Higher Education. By creating opportunities early in a system implementation and having a clear sustainment path in place at go-live, Workday support teams can ensure the digital transformation continues and the organization is ready for the impacts of new feature releases.
In this webinar, we will explore the keys to a successful implementation of Workday releases through practical sustainment methods and organizational structure. Included in the conversation is timeline considerations for release planning, specifically for Higher Education. We will ask questions to help you assess where your organization currently is and provide recommendations to strengthen the organization’s ability to answer the demand.
Session Outcomes:
- Awareness of change management best practices that draw from Workday experience in higher education and industry.
- Definition of a sustainment framework that is sensitive to bandwidth and resource constraints and is focused on the strategic goals of the organization.
- Examples and real-world scenarios demonstrating adoption and sustainment best practices for bi-annual Workday feature and functionality releases.
