Jimmy brings over 10+ years of project leadership and strategic consulting experience and has served in organization change and training for the last 2 years helping companies and their end users realize their digital, financial and HR transformation potential. His experience spans across a variety of industries including financial services, engineering, healthcare, entertainment, and retail. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is passionate about change management strategy and working with clients to deliver change solutions. Prior to joining Collaborative, he helped clients develop strategies to address gaps in project leadership, sustainability of systems and governance, and led large scale financial enterprise resource and planning implementations.


Spencer Wagner
Spencer has served in organizational change and training for 7+ years with experience in change management, communications, training development and delivery, and employee engagement. His expertise stems from serving as a lead on project teams and helping leaders embrace and promote changes throughout the organization. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, is a certified Professional in Human Resources, and is passionate about helping clients address gaps in change management strategy and deliver plans to increase the adoption of Workday for every user. Prior to joining Collaborative, Spencer gained experience in developing people and organizations working within the higher education, hospitality, and utility industries.
