This session is designed to guide you through the critical post-implementation phase, ensuring your Workday environment remains stable and functional. We’ll explore the key support and maintenance strategies necessary for managing Workday integrations, calculated fields, release management, and code migrations. Ideal for technical staff and integration/report developers, this session will provide actionable insights into managing updates and leveraging tools like OX2.0 and iPaaS to streamline operations and minimize disruptions.   Also, hear from Amherst College about how they are navigating post-implementation maintenance and support.
