Event Overview
We live within a connected and responsive world where students, staff, and faculty expect a level of service akin to their personal consumer experiences, which is often measured in seconds, integrates feedback loops, and seamlessly shifts from automation to personal attention. Service delivery has come to represent more than ticketing and workflows for issue escalation and resolution – it encompasses the holistic provider-to-consumer experience that embraces everything from self-service to the underlying operating model and continuous improvement approach for systems and services.

In this webinar, we will explore service delivery through a SaaS lens and share emerging and quality practice in higher education and industry that draws upon Workday transformation projects and outcomes. We will discuss the concepts and share examples of a contemporary service delivery model and its essential elements: strategic goals, business process alignment, organizational design, operational support, and change management. Throughout the webinar, we will share key design and impact considerations to help participants envision changes to and transform service delivery on their campuses.

Session Outcomes:
- Awareness of service delivery best practices that draw from Workday experience in higher education and industry.
- Definition of service delivery and operating model framework that connects strategic goals and human-centered focus with SaaS operational needs.
