Event Overview

Enterprise content management (aka document management) vendors continue to promise significant benefits to organizations large and small. They also promise quick implementations and aggressive returns on investment. Come and listen to three schools talk about their experiences with implementing ECM/document management systems. Also hear what they have to say about the use of web-based e-forms and automated workflows; functionality beyond the basic scanning and indexing of paper and electronic documents.

The presentations will include information on a variety of benefits that can be obtained; including reduced paper printing and storage requirements, reduced costs for printing and filing documents, and enhanced security of data contained in the documents.

Finally, participate in a roundtable discussion; where we will explore and contrast more deeply the good, the bad, and the ugly of the implementation and use of these types of systems.
