Event Overview
The NERCOMP Leadership Ecosystem has elected to celebrate Women’s History Month by focusing our March webinar on women who are early to mid-career and finding ways to lead. The challenges of women in technology related roles are fairly well known as the number of women in technology professions remains well below the percentage of women in the workforce, and in recent years has declined. In this webinar, we have three accomplished panelists who will invite us into their experiences, including those that have been challenging and those that have been the most impactful. They’ll share their perspectives on opportunities for continued career and leadership growth.
