We are excited to announce the launch of a dynamic new program designed to enhance your professional development and empower you to overcome challenges with a collaborative approach. Introducing NERCOMP CLASS: Collaborate, Listen, Accelerate, Share, Support!
NERCOMP's CLASS program is a comprehensive Professional Development initiative designed to bring together groups and teams from various institutions to address specific challenges they encounter. By participating in this program, you will have the opportunity to engage with like-minded professionals, delve into topics in-depth, and build a valuable network of connections. Additionally, you’ll earn a badge/credential for completing all requirements.
Here's what you can expect from the NERCOMP CLASS program:

Recorded Synchronous Sessions: Join us for four power-packed sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours. These sessions will be conducted over a couple of months and will be recorded for your convenience. Led by experienced facilitators, the sessions will provide valuable insights, strategies, and best practices to address the challenges you and your team encounter.

Asynchronous Learning: In addition to the synchronous sessions, you will have access to asynchronous materials and assignments. These resources will enable you to delve deeper into the program's content and directly apply your learning to your work projects. The assignments will be completed individually within a working group, fostering teamwork and collaboration among participants.

Limited Registration: To ensure optimal engagement and interaction, registration for the NERCOMP CLASS program will be limited to a maximum of 25-30 attendees.
