April Bellafiore

As Dean of eLearning, April directs the 100% online and distributed education program at Bristol Community College. She also oversees the Center for Technology Expertise (CITE), which provides technical support and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff members who wish to incorporate technology or distance learning into their teaching or workplace practices.


Jo Cannon

 Jo manages the Center for Media Production, which supports campus-wide, instructor led and student media projects and teaches media literacy to the Smith community.  She also oversees the Classroom & Event Support Team, which designs, installs and provides support for technology in Smith's classrooms and event spaces.  Perhaps the most important aspect of her work is coordinating efforts between these teams and the Instructional Technology team to assure that faculty and students receive comprehensive support in using technology in their teaching.


Robin Robinson

Robin S. Robinson, Director of Education Technology and Interactive Media, came to Framingham State University (FSU) in 2002 from industry. At FSU she is one of four directors within ITS. With her team, Robin is responsible for implementing strategies for the integration of technology throughout the curriculum; facilitating related continuous academic improvements based on quality standards and generally accepted best practices regardless of the course delivery modality. Robin also directs the development and management of technology services used for learning and instruction as well as interactive media for university communications, dissemination of unrestricted information, and constituent engagement. On campus she is the co-facilitator of the FSU Quality Matters course design initiative, is an active member of many ITS planning committees, the President’s Council and the Center for Excellence in Learning, Teaching, Scholarship and Service (CELTSS). Robin earned a Master's degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Northeastern University in Boston. She has presented at both regional and national conferences and is the former chair of Massachusetts Colleges Online (MCO) and currently is a member of the NERCOMP Board.
