Christina Butler

Christina  is an Assistant Director in the Office of Institutional Research and Evaluation at Tufts University. Christina received her B.A. in Computer Science from Clark University in 2006. She also received her M.B.A. from Clark and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University. Before joining the staff at Tufts, Christina worked as an investment analyst at an independent financial research firm.

Laura Clarage

Laura is a Service Management Analyst in the Service Planning and Assessment area of Tufts Technology Services. She holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and has previously held positions at Harvard and Simmons College working in various capacities as a technical writer and analyst.

Kevin Murphy

Kevin  holds a B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a M.S. in Engineering Management from Tufts University. He is the Manager of IT Service Management at Tufts University where he oversees service management processes as part of the Service Planning and Assessment group. Kevin has worked in higher education IT for the last 20 years. He previously held the title of Manager of Support Services for Tufts University School of Medicine. 

Gennette Zimmer

Gennette  holds a B.A. degree from the Sonoma State University and an M.B.A. in Technology Management from University of Phoenix. She is the Senior Knowledge and Learning Specialist at Tufts University where she provides software training for the Tufts community. Gennette has been training for the past 15 years.  She has worked in law firms, financial institutions, and now in education.  Prior to becoming a trainer she spent her early career as a stage manager in New York City.
