Cindy Mitchell

Cindy Mitchell, Chief Information Officer of Colby College as of August 2016, previously served as Associate Chief Information Officer of the University of Maine System. During her tenure at the University of Maine System, Cindy was responsible for leading and building teams across the IT organization as well as across the institution. She has a particular interest in relationship management, leadership development, creating collaborations and developing teams. She taught the Team Building unit of the UMS Supervisor Development Institute and was one of a team of ITS leaders engaged in significant organizational changes over the last four years.

Tamara Mitchell

Tamara Mitchell, Director of Organizational Effectiveness for the University of Maine System.  Tamara is responsible for leading organizational effectiveness (OE) and influencing, managing and supporting systemic change across the University of Maine System. Particular areas of interest and expertise include leadership and team development, communications, relationship management and coaching.

Over the past several years Tamara has worked extensively as an OE partner in the transformation of University of Maine System Information Technology Services leadership, organization and team development to effect change, achieve efficiencies and enhance services.
