Event Overview
In the technology world, change comes with the territory. These changes have the potential to significantly impact how our customers work, and it can be costly if they aren’t ready.  Confusion and frustration result, which can interfere with end users’ adoption of the change leading to decline of morale and productivity. This session aims to give attendees a framework and tools they can use to assess campus readiness for technology change, and develop a plan to help their community prepare for change and maximize adoption.

Session Outcomes:
- Assess the technological and organizational dimensions of campus readiness for technology change.
- Identify multiple approaches for addressing campus readiness needs.
- Learn how other organizations approach campus readiness.
- Develop a high-level campus readiness plan.
