Robert Baird
As an Audio-Visual Technologist, Robert Baird prides himself on bringing together content creators from various backgrounds and incorporating numerous technology solutions into academic environments. An artist and entrepreneur, Robert fell in love with the visual arts and technology at an early age. His career includes work with Yale University as an Instructional Technologist, the Smithsonian Institution, ESPN Global Headquarters, federal and state governments, and Fortune 100 corporations. Robert currently works with the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island.


Pat Coogan
Pat Coogan is a project manager in the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office at Dartmouth College where she has worked for five years.  She is primarily involved with  Educational Technology-related initiatives  including the learning management system evaluation and implementation, accessibility, and e-portfolio.  Prior to Dartmouth, Pat gained significant experience as adjunct faculty in management and in higher ed academic affairs administration including curriculum development and regional accreditation reporting.  She earned an MS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College and is ITIL Foundations certified. Pat is an avid rower and skier.


Sherri Drisdelle
Sherri Drisdelle is the Director in Information Technology Services (Information Technology Services) at Brandeis University where she has been working for 6 years.  Sherri has a degree in Computer Science, her PMP certification, and has also completed her ITIL Foundations Certification and has over 20 years’ experience in IT.    Her current responsibilities include managing several cloud-based services and other key campus- wide applications.  Prior to working at Brandeis, she worked for Met Life and Sun Life managing financial system projects.


Carol Thomas
Carol Thomas is Vice President for Information Technology at New England College in Henniker, NH. Prior to joining New England College Carol served as a technology leadership, assessment, and management consultant; an ERP and CRM systems optimizer; and a change management advisor to several College presidents. She served as Vice President for Information Technology and CIO at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, OH, and Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA. She is a recognized expert in the use of technology to support the student experience, improve enrollment, and ensure access to learning resources. Carol is a published author and frequent presenter, as well as an experienced educator helping to prepare the next generation of technologists. Carol is a Prosci® certified change management consultant, a Barrett Values Centre cultural transformation tools consultant, and certified executive coach. She holds a Master of Arts from New School University in New York, NY and is currently pursuing her doctorate in higher education leadership at New England College.


Susan Zaslaw
Susan Zaslaw is currently the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she has worked for over 20 years. Her PPMO responsibilities include administering the IT project portfolio, supporting project management methods and tools for the IT department, and providing project management services for strategic initiatives. Susan has been managing large IT projects for more than 10 years, and received her PMP certification in 2011. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.

Prior to Dartmouth, Susan worked 12 years for a regional savings bank based in San Diego, CA. In 1994, she moved to Hanover, NH where she enjoys the outdoors and gardening.
