Brian Fodrey

Brian is a technology leader with 15+ years of experience advancing digital transformation, strategic policy, and enterprise solutions—particularly in higher education and instructional technology. He brings strong strengths in change leadership, project and budget management, risk and continuity planning, and building trusted stakeholder partnerships. As Assistant Vice President of Business Innovation at Carnegie Mellon University, Brian leads enterprise process improvement and service management efforts, oversees internal consultancy teams, and manages key business relationships to deliver university-wide priorities.

Kimberly Norris

Kimberly is the inaugural Digital Accessibility Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University, where she leads digital accessibility initiatives including policy development, awareness events, and campus-wide training efforts. She was recognized by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals as a 2023 Impact Award recipient for her work promoting accessibility awareness and education. With a background in digital marketing and website development, she has advocated for accessible code and universal design for more than 15 years.
