11:00am - 11:45am   Building Collaborative Partnerships for Assessment Implementations
Speakers:

Stacy Cohen, Instructional Technologist, Framingham State University

In the Fall of 2017, the Education Technology Office (ETO) at Framingham State University led an initiative to deliver a university-wide assessment solution as part of a larger LMS review process. Choosing the platform relied on faculty authored use cases to ensure the technology platform met the assessment needs on campus. After the dust settled and the ink was dry on the vendor contract, the plan was to pilot the solution with a single department with a simple need. What transpired was a very different outcome. In this presentation, Framingham State shares the experience of implementing an assessment solution for the College of Education, and the lessons we learned in the process.
