Event Overview
In today’s polarized climate, the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace often sparks intense debate. Leaders must balance fostering innovation through diverse, highly skilled teams while respecting individual beliefs and values. 

This dynamic webinar, led by experienced leaders in higher education IT, aims to equip participants with the skills and insights needed to build inclusive, innovative, and high-performing teams. 

Participants will explore strategies for connecting with team members on both personal and professional levels, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. They will hear firsthand success stories and lessons learned from professional leaders who have built meaningful relationships and understood the perspectives of their teams, peers, and leadership.
